Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Commitment to excellence in service
- Ability to maintain a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment
- Flexible availability for day and evening shifts
Job Qualifications
- Outgoing, people-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to connect with guests and team members warmly and professionally
- Ability to maintain detailed and accurate records
- ServSafe Alcohol Certification or willingness to obtain
Job Duties
- Serve refreshments and concession items to theater patrons with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Complete all written forms, counts, inventories, and reports accurately
- Stock and display products in an organized and visually appealing manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, counters, back bar, and coolers before, during, and after events
- Provide outstanding food and beverage service in premium areas such as the RJF Club and Boxholders' Lounge
- Maintain ServSafe Alcohol Certification and adhere to safety and regulatory protocols
