Job Requirements

  • education level as required or equivalent experience
  • prior experience in baking or food production
  • food safety certification required
  • physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
  • willingness to wear uniform and personal protective equipment while on duty
  • strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and safety protocols
  • excellent communication and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • experience in baking or related role is preferred
  • knowledge of baking procedures and compliance with sanitation regulations
  • certification in food safety is required
  • mastery of basic mathematical skills and numeracy
  • exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal forms
