Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience working in a bakery or food service environment
- certification in food safety
- ability to follow recipes and baking instructions accurately
- good numerical skills for measuring ingredients
- strong communication skills
- physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and stand or walk for long periods
- willingness to wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- experience in baking or a related role is preferred
- established knowledge of baking procedures and compliance with sanitation regulations
- required certification in food safety
- mastery of basic mathematical skills and numeracy
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
