Job Requirements

  • Certification in food safety required
  • Experience in baking or related role preferred
  • Ability to manage physical activities such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
  • Knowledge of sanitation regulations
  • Ability to wear uniform and personal protective equipment
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Utilize standardized recipes and production guidelines to bake a variety of goods
  • Arrange work surface with essential supplies and ingredients for baking
  • Organize components by measuring, weighing, combining, chopping, and other preparatory steps
  • Work with baking equipment such as ovens, stovetops, and mixers
  • Practice safe handling of utensils like knives during food preparation
  • Adhere to guidelines for the safe storage of food products
  • Clean and disinfect workspaces, tools, and utensils to ensure hygiene
  • Prioritize exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude when interacting with guests and coworkers
  • Follow Aramark's safety protocols related to food safety and sanitation
  • Comply with security guidelines to protect organizational assets
