Job Requirements
- experience in baking or related role
- knowledge of baking procedures and sanitation regulations
- certification or willingness to obtain food safety certification
- physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for long periods
- ability to safely handle kitchen utensils
- ability to follow safety and security protocols
- availability to wear uniform and personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- experience in baking or a related role is preferred
- established knowledge of baking procedures, criteria, and compliance with sanitation regulations
- certification required for acquiring certification in food safety
- mastery of basic mathematical skills and numeracy
