Job Duties

  • Complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise
  • dismantle merchandise displays
  • clean all equipment and areas
  • secure refrigerators with locks
  • replenish items
  • turn off lights and lock doors
  • complete daily cleaning checklist
  • organize, stock, and maintain work areas
  • inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware, and silverware before use
  • maintain cleanliness throughout the day using continuous cleaning procedures
  • comply with company safety policies
  • report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
  • complete safety training and certifications
  • ensure professional appearance and uniform standards
  • protect company property and confidential information
  • support and respect coworkers
  • assist team in achieving common goals
  • adhere to quality assurance standards
  • move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
  • stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • read and visually verify information
  • manipulate objects with fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
  • reach, bend, twist, and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces
  • greet guests following company standards
  • use clear, professional communication
  • answer telephone calls with appropriate etiquette
  • perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
