Job Duties
- Complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise
- dismantle merchandise displays
- clean all equipment and areas
- secure refrigerators with locks
- replenish items
- turn off lights and lock doors
- complete daily cleaning checklist
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware, and silverware before use
- maintain cleanliness throughout the day using continuous cleaning procedures
- comply with company safety policies
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- ensure professional appearance and uniform standards
- protect company property and confidential information
- support and respect coworkers
- assist team in achieving common goals
- adhere to quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- read and visually verify information
- manipulate objects with fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- reach, bend, twist, and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces
- greet guests following company standards
- use clear, professional communication
- answer telephone calls with appropriate etiquette
- perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
