This role involves a variety of essential duties aimed at maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency in the hotel's food and beverage areas. Responsibilities include completing closing tasks such as properly storing reusable merchandise, dismantling merchandise displays, cleaning all equipment and areas, securing refrigerators, replenishing items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing a daily cleaning checklist. Maintaining organized and stocked workspaces is crucial, as is inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of china, glassware, and silverware before use. The role requires ongoing cleaning efforts throughout the day to ensure the work areas are sanitary and professional.

The position also emphasizes adherence to company safety policies, reporting any maintenance issues, hazards, accidents, or injuries promptly, and completing all required safety training and certifications. Personal appearance and uniform standards must be upheld at all times to maintain professionalism.
