Job Requirements
- hs diploma or equivalent
- minimum of two years shift supervisor or one year assistant manager experience required
- preferred in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts
- flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
- valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation
- demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in fast-paced environment
- working knowledge of cost of goods sales
- excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- results oriented and customer focused
