Job Requirements
- Hs diploma or equivalent and possess all documents required by state and federal law
- Minimum of two years shift supervisor or one year assistant manager experience required preferably in high volume QSR or fast casual concepts
- Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week including rotating shifts, weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license in good standing and access to private transportation required
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Working knowledge of cost of goods sales
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer focused
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
