The Restaurant Associate Manager role at Red Robin offers an exciting opportunity to be a pivotal part of daily front-of-house operations, embodying unrelenting hospitality and excellence. As an hourly Associate Manager, you will serve as a brand ambassador upholding the company’s high standards and crafting memorable experiences for every guest. Working under the supervision of exempt management, you will ensure seamless and efficient restaurant operations by leading the team with a positive, hospitality-driven mentality. Compensation for this hourly position ranges from $21.15 to $28.65 per hour and includes variable bonuses such as an uncapped restaurant success bonus and referral bonuses for recruiting new team members. Additional perks include free shift meals, a 50% discount on Red Robin food for an employee’s family, and the restaurant’s closure on major holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas—ensuring work-life balance. The successful candidate will bring strong communication and team training skills, a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word), and reliable transportation. Candidates must be at least 21 years old with an open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to obtain necessary state or local certifications or permits. Preferred qualifications include at least two years of restaurant experience, familiarity with local and state health code regulations, and knowledge of kitchen equipment, inventory control, and financial processes such as profit and loss management. Experience with popular restaurant management software like Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules is also a plus.
