The role of Restaurant Assistant Manager at Store 018 Houston Kirby is a key supervisory position within the restaurant team. As a second-level supervisor or manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities including the selection, development, and performance management of employees. The Assistant Restaurant Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards related to food quality, service, and cleanliness to ensure an exceptional guest experience. Additionally, this role is responsible for managing inventory and ordering supplies, optimizing profits through efficient operational practices, and handling any customer concerns promptly and professionally. The Assistant Restaurant Manager ensures that the restaurant adheres to all health and safety regulations, particularly food safety standards, which is supported by the requirement of holding a Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification or its equivalent. Job Requirements

- prior experience in restaurant assistant management or similar role
