The Restaurant Assistant Manager position is designed for motivated individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while managing day-to-day operational responsibilities. As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in ensuring productive and efficient restaurant operations. Your role will involve coaching, mentoring, and leading a team to foster a five-star team environment focused on service excellence. Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred
At least one year of management experience

Job Duties

Cultivate a five-star team environment by recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and counseling team members
Communicate job expectations and enforce policies and procedures
Achieve results by implementing production, productivity, quality, and guest service satisfaction standards
Assist the Restaurant General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
Maintain a clean and food-safe environment
Ensure 100 percent guest satisfaction
Manage controllable costs to maintain a profitable restaurant
Delight guests by exceeding their expectations and providing a five-star guest experience
