We are currently seeking a passionate, self-motivated individual to join our management team at the Glendale, AZ location as a Restaurant Assistant Manager. This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive salary starting from $58,000 per year, plus an attractive quarterly bonus structure. The typical workweek ranges from 50 to 55 hours, with shifts spanning day, evening, and night hours, including weekends and holidays.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our high standards of food quality, guest service, and operational excellence. This position offers cross-training across all departments, granting you a comprehensive grasp of restaurant dynamics—from mastering kitchen line operations to driving efficiency, managing inventory, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of restaurant experience
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Ability to work 50-55 hours per week including 10-hour shifts day evening and night shifts
  • Availability on weekends and holidays
  • Must hold a valid Driver's License
  • Must have or be able to quickly obtain Food Handler or Food Protection Certificate
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Glendale AZ 85305 before starting work

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of restaurant experience preferably in a full-service environment
  • Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative and independent problem-solving abilities
  • Food Handler or Food Protection Certification or ability to obtain quickly
  • Valid Driver's License

Job Duties

  • Lead the floor by supervising front of house operations ensuring compliance with company policies procedures and service standards
  • Build the team by overseeing staff hiring onboarding and hands-on training
  • Cultivate culture by managing employees with a positive motivating attitude to maintain a fun and energetic atmosphere
  • Master operations by gaining deep knowledge of ordering maintaining inventory and managing daily operational tasks
  • Maintain strict health code and sanitation standards to ensure a clean environment
  • Drive profitability by assisting with cost control and optimizing labor schedules
  • Provide exceptional guest service by quickly addressing customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction
