Pilot Flying J is currently seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join their team. This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $44,100 to $63,900, reflecting the responsibility and expertise required. The Restaurant Assistant Manager will assist the Restaurant General Manager in operating a high-volume, quick-service restaurant located within a travel center. This leadership position requires exceptional team management skills, dedication to high service standards, and a hands-on approach to daily operations.

The Restaurant Assistant Manager's responsibilities include filling in for the Restaurant General Manager when necessary, leading the selection, coaching, training, and development of team members, and overseeing daily work assignments. This role involves fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that motivates team members to deliver outstanding service. The Assistant Manager will expedite food service, assist with food preparation, and ensure adherence to food safety regulations. Additionally, maintaining the highest levels of guest satisfaction, food quality, and restaurant cleanliness are critical to this position.
