Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- 1-3 years management experience required
- Restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan
- Obtain food safety certification and manager certification
- Satisfy and exceed guest expectations by enhancing guest experiences
- Provide proper training, ongoing coaching, and development to team members
- Create effective work schedules adhering to company standards and local laws
- Plan and delegate shift assignments with clear communication and adjustments
- Supervise, lead, and coach team members to achieve quarterly goals
- Maintain service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
- Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager
- Assist with performance reviews and mentor team members
- Foster a positive culture and team morale through recognition and leading by example
- Handle and report guest and team member complaints, concerns, and injuries promptly and respectfully
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and franchising guidelines
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Utilize management tools and maintain accurate records
- Maintain flexibility to perform duties beyond job description
- Ensure team safety and adherence to safety guidelines
- Report human resources and risk management concerns to management
- Escalate other concerns when appropriate
- Perform other duties necessary for restaurant operations
