Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 18 years of age or older
- 12 plus months restaurant management experience required for external candidates
- 6 plus months experience as a successful Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's locations as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum 12 months restaurant management experience for external candidates
- Minimum 6 months experience as a successful Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates

Job Duties
- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including shift management
- Oversee inventory control and supply management
- Schedule team members and manage labor costs
- Perform cash reconciliation and financial reporting
- Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered consistently
- Train and develop staff to meet company standards
- Collaborate with management team to implement marketing and sales strategies
