The Assistant Manager role at Fazoli's is essential to maintain the high operational standards expected of the brand while developing crucial leadership skills for career advancement in management. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • 12 plus months restaurant management experience required for external candidates
  • 6 plus months experience as a successful Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates
  • Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
  • Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli's locations as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum 12 months restaurant management experience for external candidates
  • Minimum 6 months experience as a successful Fazoli's Associate Trainer for internal candidates
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts and locations as needed

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage daily restaurant operations including shift management
  • Oversee inventory control and supply management
  • Schedule team members and manage labor costs
  • Perform cash reconciliation and financial reporting
  • Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered consistently
  • Train and develop staff to meet company standards
  • Collaborate with management team to implement marketing and sales strategies
