Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Open availability and ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Successful completion of background check
- Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- 1-3 years management experience required
- Restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan
- Obtain food safety certification and manager certification
- Ensure team members enhance guest experiences by exceeding guest expectations
- Provide proper training and ongoing coaching for team members
- Create effective work schedules following company standards and local laws
- Plan and delegate shift assignments with clear communication and adjustments as needed
- Supervise, lead, and coach team members to perform at their highest ability and meet quarterly goals
- Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness standards are consistently upheld
- Communicate performance concerns to the General Manager
- Assist with performance reviews and mentoring team members
- Foster a positive culture and healthy team morale through recognition and leading by example
- Handle and report guest and team member complaints, concerns, and injuries in a timely and respectful manner
- Ensure all processes, policies, and procedures are followed during daily operations
- Maintain operational standards and compliance with Zaxbys franchising guidelines
- Comply with federal, state, and local laws
- Utilize management tools to keep accurate and current records
- Maintain a flexible attitude to perform beyond position parameters
- Ensure team follows all safety guidelines and procedures
- Immediately report human resources and risk management concerns
- Escalate other concerns appropriately
- Perform all duties necessary for proper restaurant operations
