The available position is for Management at this Jimmy John's location. As a manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the store maintains its fast-paced and upbeat atmosphere, and consistently delivering an outstanding customer experience. In addition to managing team members, your duties will include preparing ingredients, making sandwiches, operating the cash register, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store. You will be instrumental in upholding the Jimmy John's standard of “freaky fast” service, motivating staff, and managing the overall store performance.

This position requires candidates to be 18 years of age or older and offers a pay range from $11.00 to $15.00 per hour. Management positions come with bonus opportunities and incentives, recognizing outstanding performance and leadership. Full-time employees who work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for quality health insurance options. Additionally, all store employees, except the General Manager, receive tips as part of their compensation, and drivers (who must have two years of licensed driving experience) are paid daily tips and delivery minimum rates.
