We are currently hiring for various positions at one of our Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches locations. This role encompasses a variety of essential tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the store, including sandwich preparation, ingredient management, customer service, cashier duties, cleaning, and management responsibilities for supervisors and managers. All store employees, except for the General Manager, receive tips, and the company implements a tip-sharing system for drivers and other eligible staff. General Managers must be at least 18 years old and are responsible for maintaining a lively and efficient store atmosphere, motivating the team, and ensuring top-notch customer interactions.
