- strong leadership and team management skills

- Lead daily team huddles to set service standards
- coordinate kitchen operations to ensure quality and timely food preparation
- manage customer service to resolve issues promptly
- supervise staff performance and provide constructive feedback
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- manage shift schedules and staffing needs
- review daily sales and operational reports to optimize performance
