Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training
  • ability to work varying shifts including mornings and evenings
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities
  • ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

  • Lead daily team huddles to set service standards
  • coordinate kitchen operations to ensure quality and timely food preparation
  • manage customer service to resolve issues promptly
  • supervise staff performance and provide constructive feedback
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • manage shift schedules and staffing needs
  • review daily sales and operational reports to optimize performance
