Job Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
open availability and ability to work minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
successful completion of background check
must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
1-3 years management experience required
restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties

Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan
obtain food safety certification and manager certification
ensure team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations
provide proper training and ongoing coaching to team members
create effective work schedules following company and local law standards
plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations
supervise and coach team members to achieve quarterly goals
uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
communicate performance concerns to General Manager
assist with performance reviews and mentor team members
maintain positive culture and team morale
handle and report guest and employee complaints and injuries timely
enforce adherence to all processes, policies, and procedures
maintain operational standards and comply with franchising guidelines
ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
utilize management tools and maintain accurate records
uphold safety guidelines and procedures
report human resources and risk management concerns promptly
escalate issues to supervisors as necessary
perform other duties to ensure restaurant operations function properly
