Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- open availability and ability to work minimum of 5 days and 32 to 48 hours per week
- ability to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- successful completion of background check
- must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
- 1-3 years management experience required
- restaurant management experience preferred

Job Duties
- Complete all training requirements including Zaxbys Assistant Manager Development Plan
- obtain food safety certification and manager certification
- ensure team members satisfy and exceed guest expectations
- provide proper training and ongoing coaching to team members
- create effective work schedules following company and local law standards
- plan and delegate shift assignments and communicate expectations
- supervise and coach team members to achieve quarterly goals
- uphold service, product quality, and cleanliness standards
- communicate performance concerns to General Manager
- assist with performance reviews and mentor team members
- maintain positive culture and team morale
- handle and report guest and employee complaints and injuries timely
- enforce adherence to all processes, policies, and procedures
- maintain operational standards and comply with franchising guidelines
- ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
- utilize management tools and maintain accurate records
- uphold safety guidelines and procedures
- report human resources and risk management concerns promptly
- escalate issues to supervisors as necessary
- perform other duties to ensure restaurant operations function properly
