Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a restaurant environment
  • certification as a certified food protection manager (cpfm) or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
