Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a restaurant environment
- certification as a certified food protection manager (cpfm) or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational skills
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
