This role offers a unique opportunity for candidates to gain comprehensive skill training across various facets of restaurant operations. Successful candidates will be cross-trained in all skill positions within the restaurant and will acquire hands-on experience in essential operational tasks such as ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning. Working closely with the General Manager and Associate Managers, this position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the restaurant management field.
In addition to practical training, candidates will participate in a rigorous one-year certification program that consists of multiple modules aimed at developing effective in-store management skills. Job Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in the food service industry
- Some management experience in a high volume restaurant
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Coursework in hospitality or business preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong work ethic and dedication
- Willingness to participate in a training and certification program
