Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of current restaurant management experience in a high-volume casual dining or fast casual concept
- experience working in a scratch kitchen environment
- strong leadership skills
- effective communication and organizational abilities
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- passion for hospitality and guest experience
- hands-on management style
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of current restaurant management experience in a high-volume casual dining or fast casual concept

- proven ability to maintain standards and drive operational excellence

Job Duties
- Lead, coach, and develop front- and back-of-house teams through ongoing training and mentorship
- foster a positive, accountable, and respectful team culture
- maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, service, and overall operations
- drive guest satisfaction through strong floor presence and attention to detail
- support daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, and shift execution
- ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and company operating standards
- lead by example with a hands-on management style and strong work ethic
- help build and retain a high-performing team in a high-volume environment
