We are currently seeking a high-energy, hospitality-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join our dynamic team. The Assistant General Manager will play a pivotal role in leading, coaching, and mentoring our front- and back-of-house teams, ensuring that our high standards are consistently met and that our team culture remains positive, accountable, and respectful. This role is responsible for supporting daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and shift execution, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of current restaurant management experience in a high-volume casual dining or fast casual concept

Job Qualifications
