Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in restaurant management
  • Experience managing both front and back of house teams
  • Availability to work morning shifts regularly
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Passion for food and hospitality industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume full-service environment
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in both front of house and back of house operations
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Demonstrated passion for hospitality and a track record of career progression
  • Experience managing morning shift operations preferred
  • Ability to maintain composure and lead in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Lead and supervise front of house and back of house teams
  • Oversee staff development and performance management
  • Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Serve as primary leadership in the absence of the General Manager
  • Collaborate with team to uphold quality standards in food and service
  • Facilitate clear communication between staff and management
