The role available is restaurant management, offering a salary range of $48,000 - $52,000 per year with an additional annual bonus eligibility of up to $4,000 paid out monthly. As a Restaurant Manager at Noodles & Company, you will partner with the General Manager to lead a high-performing team, ensuring efficient restaurant operations, from food quality and safety to customer service and team development. Job Requirements

  • Minimum of one year of management and/or leadership experience
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to effectively delegate responsibility
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work 48 hours per week within operating hours, with flexible shifts
  • Physical ability to perform restaurant-related tasks such as lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to comply with company safety and operational policies
