Job Requirements
- 3 plus years experience as an assistant general manager
- experience in full-service high volume restaurant
- strong leadership and coaching skills
- ability to promote a hospitality focused culture
- knowledge of budget management and financials
- ability to maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- able to think quickly and stay positive during fast paced service
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an assistant general manager
