We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in maintaining excellent guest service and ensuring the smooth running of restaurant operations. This role is crucial in overseeing a team of 10-25 staff members, managing staff schedules, coordinating inventory and ordering, and assisting with financial oversight through profit and loss statements. The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in driving operational efficiency and enhancing the overall dining experience. This leadership position requires strong management capabilities, effective communication, and problem-solving skills to address customer needs and improve team performance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the General Manager to foster a positive team environment and uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and company policies. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management
  • proficiency in P and L analysis and scheduling software
  • strong skills in inventory control and customer service
