Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills required
  • Ability to attract, train, develop and retain the very best team members
  • Strong guest service focus
  • Ability to manage financial goals including sales growth and cost management
  • Ability to handle physical demands including bending, lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods
  • Ability to talk, hear and use hands repetitively
  • Dexterity for handling food items and equipment
  • Ability to climb ladders and step stools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment and exercise good judgement

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Some college preferred
  • Minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to attract, train, develop and retain top team members
  • Strong guest service focus with ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Ability to define, measure and attain financial goals including sales growth, guest count increases, staffing, service measurement, cost of goods and labor management

Job Duties

  • Ensures flawless execution of every detail and shift by every team member to exceed guest expectations
  • Provides direction, coaching, training and development for team members on food quality, service standards, safety, sanitation and company policies
  • Ensures adherence to all food, beverage, and service standards, policies and procedures
  • Partners with the General Manager to ensure financial performance of the restaurant
  • Ensures consistent execution of systems, standards, inventory and cost controls
  • Partners with the General Manager to create and implement plans for improved financial performance
  • Plans, executes and follows up on new company initiatives with the General Manager
  • Utilizes catering team to inspire community involvement and build sales
  • Ensures effective scheduling of team members and managers
  • Interviews and assists in selection of team members maintaining staffing levels
  • Oversees daily administration according to policy and standards
  • Organizes and plans work to meet changing business needs
  • Communicates effectively with guests, team members, management, owners and vendors
  • Responds promptly to guest feedback ensuring positive recovery
  • Maintains cleanliness and sufficient supply levels
  • Follows safety procedures when operating equipment
  • Provides a safe and harassment-free work environment
  • Handles multiple priorities, works under stress and exercises good judgement
