Job Requirements
- Education background suitable for restaurant management
- proven experience in restaurant assistant general manager or similar role
- strong leadership and team development skills
- excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
- ability to manage profit and loss responsibilities
- availability to undergo extended training away from home market
Job Qualifications
- Full-service restaurant manager with at least three years in a high-volume corporate structure
- track record of strong leadership with some previous General Manager experience
- good work tenure with no more than three jobs in the last five years
- experience working in an upbeat full-service restaurant with high alcohol sales
- must have at least $4 million sales volume experience
- willingness to complete up to 8 weeks training away from home market
