Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to attract, train, develop and retain top team members
- Strong guest service focus
- Ability to define, measure and attain financial goals
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under stress
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to create a safe and harassment-free work environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
- Some college preferred
- Minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
- Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to attract, train, develop and retain top team members
- Strong guest service focus
- Ability to define, measure and attain financial goals for sales growth, cost control, and guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- Ensures flawless execution of every detail by every team member on every shift
- Provides direction, coaching, training and development for team members including food quality, service standards, safety and sanitation, and company policies and procedures
- Ensures all food, beverage and service standards, policies and procedures are adhered to
- Partners with the GM to ensure financial performance of the restaurant
- Ensures consistent execution of all systems, standards, inventory and cost controls
- Partners with the GM to create and implement plans that result in improved financial performance
- Plans, executes and follows up on new company initiatives in partnership with GM
- Utilizes catering team to inspire community involvement and build sales
- Ensures appropriate staffing levels and schedules based on projections
- Interviews and assists in final selection of team members
- Verifies that all daily administration is carried out according to policy and standards
- Organizes and plans work anticipating changing business needs
- Communicates effectively with guests, team members, management, owners, and vendors
- Responds promptly to guest feedback ensuring positive guest recovery
- Maintains cleanliness of facilities and supplies
- Follows safety procedures and creates a safe, harassment-free work environment
- Manages multiple priorities and works well under stress with good judgment
