Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to attract, train, develop and retain top team members
  • Strong guest service focus
  • Ability to define, measure and attain financial goals
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities under stress
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to create a safe and harassment-free work environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • Some college preferred
  • Minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
  • Exceptional leadership and motivational skills
  • Ability to attract, train, develop and retain top team members
  • Strong guest service focus
  • Ability to define, measure and attain financial goals for sales growth, cost control, and guest satisfaction

Job Duties

  • Ensures flawless execution of every detail by every team member on every shift
  • Provides direction, coaching, training and development for team members including food quality, service standards, safety and sanitation, and company policies and procedures
  • Ensures all food, beverage and service standards, policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Partners with the GM to ensure financial performance of the restaurant
  • Ensures consistent execution of all systems, standards, inventory and cost controls
  • Partners with the GM to create and implement plans that result in improved financial performance
  • Plans, executes and follows up on new company initiatives in partnership with GM
  • Utilizes catering team to inspire community involvement and build sales
  • Ensures appropriate staffing levels and schedules based on projections
  • Interviews and assists in final selection of team members
  • Verifies that all daily administration is carried out according to policy and standards
  • Organizes and plans work anticipating changing business needs
  • Communicates effectively with guests, team members, management, owners, and vendors
  • Responds promptly to guest feedback ensuring positive guest recovery
  • Maintains cleanliness of facilities and supplies
  • Follows safety procedures and creates a safe, harassment-free work environment
  • Manages multiple priorities and works well under stress with good judgment
