Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED)
  • some college preferred
  • minimum of three years of high volume full-service restaurant management experience
  • exceptional leadership and motivational skills
  • ability to attract, train, develop and retain top team members
  • strong guest service focus to provide exceptional dining experiences
  • ability to define, measure and achieve financial goals including sales growth, guest count, staffing, service, cost of goods and labor management
  • ability to handle multiple priorities, work under stress and exercise good judgment
  • ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • ability to talk, hear, use hands repetitively, reach, bend, kneel, crouch, climb ladders or step stools
  • dexterity for handling food items and dishes

Job Duties

  • Ensures flawless execution of every detail by every team member during shifts
  • provides direction, coaching, training and development on food quality, service standards, safety, sanitation, and company policies
  • ensures adherence to all food, beverage and service standards, policies and procedures
  • partners with the General Manager to ensure financial performance of the restaurant
  • oversees consistent execution of systems, standards, inventory and cost controls
  • collaborates with General Manager to create and implement plans for improved financial performance
  • executes and follows up on new company initiatives with General Manager
  • utilizes catering team to inspire community involvement and build sales
  • manages team member and manager schedules to support positive restaurant performance
  • interviews and assists in final selection to maintain staffing levels
  • ensures daily administration is carried out according to policy
  • organizes and plans work proactively to meet business needs
  • communicates effectively with guests, team members, management, vendors, and local owner
  • responds promptly to guest feedback and ensures positive recovery
  • ensures cleanliness of facilities and sufficient supply levels
  • follows safety procedures and standards for equipment operation
  • provides a safe, professional, non-hostile, harassment-free work environment
  • handles multiple priorities under stress with good judgment
