Job Requirements

  • minimum of one year management or leadership experience
  • ability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
  • obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
  • age 18 or older

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of one year management or leadership experience
  • experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
  • strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
  • ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • knowledge of operational and food safety procedures
  • valid driver’s license
  • ability to meet physical demands of the role
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver great food and guest experiences
  • support the general manager in daily operations and team performance
  • recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant staff and shift managers
  • ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards
  • assist with scheduling, labor management, and expense control
  • foster a positive and accountable restaurant culture
  • maintain cleanliness and food quality standards
