Job Requirements
- minimum of one year management or leadership experience
- ability to work 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
- valid driver’s license
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting up to 55 pounds
- obtain and maintain required food safety certifications
- age 18 or older

- experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
- strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
- ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- knowledge of operational and food safety procedures

Job Duties
- lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver great food and guest experiences
- support the general manager in daily operations and team performance
- recruit, hire, train, and manage restaurant staff and shift managers
- ensure compliance with food safety and operational standards
- assist with scheduling, labor management, and expense control
- foster a positive and accountable restaurant culture
- maintain cleanliness and food quality standards
