Job Requirements

  • hold a valid driver’s license
  • be at least 18 years old
  • have at least one year of management or leadership experience
  • ready to work approximately 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
  • meet physical requirements including standing for long periods, lifting up to 55 pounds
  • obtain and maintain required food-safety licenses or certifications
  • ability to perform routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of one year of management or leadership experience
  • experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
  • strong verbal and written communication skills
  • proven conflict-resolution abilities
  • ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • understanding of operational procedures and food safety standards
  • valid driver’s license
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • lead and coach restaurant teams to ensure operational excellence
  • oversee daily restaurant operations and support the General Manager
  • provide exceptional guest experiences and maintain a welcoming environment
  • recruit, hire, train, and manage team members and shift managers
  • implement food safety, inventory, and quality control procedures
  • manage scheduling, labor, and expense control
  • promote a positive culture focused on accountability and teamwork
