Job Requirements
- hold a valid driver’s license
- be at least 18 years old
- have at least one year of management or leadership experience
- ready to work approximately 45 hours per week on a variable schedule including weekends and holidays
- meet physical requirements including standing for long periods, lifting up to 55 pounds
- obtain and maintain required food-safety licenses or certifications
- ability to perform routine restaurant tasks with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- minimum of one year of management or leadership experience
- experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- proven conflict-resolution abilities
- ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- understanding of operational procedures and food safety standards
- valid driver’s license
- must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- lead and coach restaurant teams to ensure operational excellence
