Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of management or leadership experience
- Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and operational procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work 45 hours per week on variable schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
- Obtain and maintain any required food-safety licenses or certifications

Job Duties
- Lead and coach restaurant teams to deliver operational excellence
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including opening, mid, and closing shifts
- Recruit, hire, train, and manage team members and shift managers
- Maintain and enforce food safety, quality, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with scheduling, labor management, and expense control
- Foster a positive, accountable, and supportive work environment
- Support local restaurant marketing efforts and community engagement
