The Assistant General Manager role at Noodles & Company is designed for individuals passionate about leading teams in a fast-paced restaurant environment while delivering exceptional guest experiences. This includes maintaining food safety and quality standards, overseeing inventory management, and supporting labor scheduling and cost control efforts.
In this role, flexibility is key as work hours vary, typically requiring about 45 hours per week, including shifts in the morning, mid-day, and evening, as well as weekends and holidays. Compensation for this position ranges from $42,000 to $52,000 per year, reflecting the responsibility and impact of the role. Job Requirements
- Minimum one year of management or leadership experience
- Experience in food service, retail, hospitality, or hotel management preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and operational procedures
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work 45 hours per week on variable schedules including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to stand long periods, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
- Obtain and maintain any required food-safety licenses or certifications
