Job Requirements
- must be 21 years of age
- reliable transportation
- open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to motivate and inspire a hospitality-driven team
- strong P&L knowledge
- able to obtain required certifications and permits as required by state and local law
- working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years of management experience
- strong communication and leadership skills
- demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams
- strong knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) management
- proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- ability to obtain necessary certifications and permits required by state and local law
- preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
- experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules
- experience managing a team

- partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner for daily operations
- uphold company standards and brand values
- oversee restaurant cost centers
