The Restaurant Assistant General Manager at Red Robin plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations in partnership with the Restaurant Managing Partner. Job Requirements

  • must be 21 years of age
  • reliable transportation
  • open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • ability to motivate and inspire a hospitality-driven team
  • strong P&L knowledge
  • able to obtain required certifications and permits as required by state and local law
  • working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • strong communication and leadership skills
  • demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams
  • strong knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) management
  • proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • ability to obtain necessary certifications and permits required by state and local law
  • preferred knowledge of local and state health codes
  • experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hot Schedules
  • experience managing a team
