Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- 12+ months previous restaurant management experience for external candidates
- 6+ months experience as Fazoli’s Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli’s locations
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 12 months of previous restaurant management experience for external candidates
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Fazoli’s Assistant Manager for internal candidates
- Ability to work all shifts within restaurant operating hours
- Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as business needs arise
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated integrity and business acumen
- Competitive and team-oriented mindset
Job Duties
- Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high performance team
- Lead by example and treat people with dignity and respect
- Execute Fazoli’s policies, systems and processes to ensure brand standards
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
- Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff
- Strive for continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence
- Assist General Manager in preparing to assume full management responsibilities
