Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • 12+ months previous restaurant management experience for external candidates
  • 6+ months experience as Fazoli’s Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • Open availability to work all shifts during restaurant hours
  • Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli’s locations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum 12 months of previous restaurant management experience for external candidates
  • Minimum 6 months of experience as a Fazoli’s Assistant Manager for internal candidates
  • Ability to work all shifts within restaurant operating hours
  • Flexibility to transfer or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as business needs arise
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated integrity and business acumen
  • Competitive and team-oriented mindset

Job Duties

  • Recruit, select, hire, train, develop and retain a high performance team
  • Lead by example and treat people with dignity and respect
  • Execute Fazoli’s policies, systems and processes to ensure brand standards
  • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations including guest service, sales-building, marketing, human resources, supply chain, administration and facilities maintenance
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff
  • Strive for continuous improvement and pursuit of excellence
  • Assist General Manager in preparing to assume full management responsibilities
