The Alamo Restaurant & Theater Manager position is a critical role that supports the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of their venue located at 3519 N Clark St Ste C301, Chicago, Illinois. With a salary range of $62,000 to $67,000, plus an incentive bonus based on performance, this role offers a compelling opportunity for seasoned managers passionate about hospitality and entertainment. Job Duties
- Manage all cost of goods sold (COGs) and maintain vendor relationships within assigned areas
