This role requires a seasoned restaurant and theater manager who is passionate about creating memorable experiences for both guests and team members. Managers in this position play a critical role in teammate development, quality assurance, event execution, scheduling, ordering, inventory control, facilities maintenance, and production. They ensure smooth operations across all facets of the venue while maintaining a strong focus on enhancing the guest experience.\n\nManagers are expected to uphold the company’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values, fostering environments where teams can thrive both professionally and personally. The position offers a compensation range between $56,000 and $68,000 annually, with an additional incentive bonus based on performance. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industry
  • ability to perform light lifting up to 50 lbs
  • able to stand for extended periods
  • capable of walking up and down stairs frequently
  • experience operating POS touch-screen devices
  • comfortable working in kitchen environments with exposure to heat, steam, fire, and noise
  • ability to duck out of guest view in theaters
  • ability to climb stairs

Job Duties

  • Manage all cost of goods sold and maintain vendor relationships within assigned area
  • Report operational successes and opportunities to General Manager
  • Assist in monthly inventory process
  • Execute action items from profit and loss and operational expense report analysis
  • Uphold company core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines
  • Lead front-of-house service and coordinate guest attendants and concierge team
  • Address patron complaints and transform unsatisfactory experiences
  • Monitor patron feedback for improvements and innovation
  • Ensure execution of operational and safety protocols
  • Maintain facility and equipment standards
  • Develop team to build leadership bench and improve retention
  • Identify and develop hourly key leaders
  • Track performance issues and conduct coaching sessions
  • Celebrate team successes
