The Alamo Restaurant & Theater Manager position is a pivotal role within the company, assisting the General Manager (GM) in the day-to-day management of the venue’s operations. Managers are responsible for overseeing a diverse range of operational areas including teammate development, quality assurance, event execution, scheduling, ordering, inventory, facilities maintenance, and production. An essential part of the role is supporting the experience of both the team and the guests, ensuring every interaction aligns with the company’s mission and core values. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, plus incentive bonuses based on performance, making it an attractive opportunity for passionate and experienced hospitality professionals.
