Managers are responsible for overseeing a diverse range of operational areas including teammate development, quality assurance, event execution, scheduling, ordering, inventory, facilities maintenance, and production. An essential part of the role is supporting the experience of both the team and the guests, ensuring every interaction aligns with the company’s mission and core values. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range from $55,000 to $65,000 annually, plus incentive bonuses based on performance, making it an attractive opportunity for passionate and experienced hospitality professionals.

Beyond managing venue operations, the Alamo Restaurant & Theater Manager plays a fundamental role in revenue growth and cost control within specific operational areas like bars, guest attendants, concierge, and events. They build strong relationships with vendors, support inventory processes, analyze financial performance alongside the GM, and implement actions to optimize profitability. Additionally, they lead the guest experience by enforcing operational standards, handling patron feedback, and maintaining the physical condition of the venue and equipment.

This is a role designed for leaders who thrive on team development. Managers are responsible for building and nurturing their teams through leadership development, regular coaching, and performance tracking while celebrating team successes. The company supports all team members with comprehensive benefits and a fun work culture, including free movies and food, paid time off, flexible scheduling, and access to medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, and voluntary benefits available to all full-time and part-time teammates.
