Job Requirements
- must be able to lift and transport items up to 50 pounds
- able to stand for extended periods
- able to walk up and down stairs frequently
- able to position oneself discreetly in theater environments
- experience operating POS touchscreen devices
- comfortable working in kitchen environments with heat, steam, fire, and noise
- ability to climb stairs
Job Qualifications

- professional appearance and positive role model behavior
- previous management experience in hospitality, restaurant, or entertainment industries preferred
- basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- effective problem-solving abilities

- ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Job Duties
- manage all costs of goods sold and vendor relationships within assigned areas
- report operational success and opportunities to general manager
- assist in monthly inventory process
- execute action items from profit and loss and operational expense analysis
- uphold company core values and operational guidelines
- lead front-of-house service and coordinate team members
- handle patron complaints and convert issues into team opportunities
- monitor patron feedback for improvement ideas
- enforce operational and safety protocols
- maintain facility and equipment standards
- develop team members and key hourly leaders
- conduct coaching and performance tracking
- celebrate team successes
