The role of an Alamo Restaurant & Theater Manager is pivotal in maintaining and elevating the quality of this integrated experience. These managers assist the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the venues, blending aspects of both restaurant and theater management. Responsibilities include overseeing teammate development, ensuring quality assurance, executing events flawlessly, managing scheduling, ordering, inventory, and maintaining the facilities and production aspects of the venue. Job Duties

  • manage all costs of goods sold and vendor relationships within assigned areas
