The role of the Alamo Restaurant & Theater Manager is critical in supporting the General Manager (GM) in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the venue. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with experience in both restaurant and theater management, passionate about cultivating a thriving work environment and delivering outstanding guest experiences. The manager will be responsible for a broad range of operational tasks including staff development, quality assurance, event execution, scheduling, ordering, inventory management, facilities maintenance, and production oversight. A key focus of the role is to maintain efficient operations while maximizing revenue and controlling costs, all within the framework of Alamo Drafthouse Cinema’s core values and operational standards. The manager will lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and fostering a team atmosphere where success is celebrated and challenges are addressed proactively. This role offers a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 with additional incentive bonuses based on performance, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding leadership and operational success. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in restaurant or theater management preferred
  • proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • capability to lift and transport items up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for extended periods and traverse stairs regularly
  • comfort working in kitchen and theater environments
  • adherence to company core values and code of conduct

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • assist the GM in running day-to-day operations
