The role of a Restaurant and Theater Manager at Alamo Restaurant & Theater involves assisting the General Manager (GM) in the comprehensive management of daily operations across the venue. Job Requirements
- Education level relevant to management roles
- Previous hospitality or entertainment management experience
- Basic proficiency with computers and office software
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Capacity for problem-solving in dynamic environments
- Experience maintaining guest satisfaction
- Physical ability to perform light lifting up to 50 lbs and remain standing for extended periods
- Ability to walk stairs repeatedly during shifts
- Comfortable working in kitchen environments with exposure to heat, noise, and equipment
- Operate POS touchscreen devices

Job Duties
