The position of Retail Hourly Associate at Ghirardelli is designed for energetic, reliable individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the company’s mission. This is an hourly employment opportunity with a starting wage of $17.75 per hour, plus tips. Benefits include holiday pay at 1.5 times the regular rate for worked holidays, an employee discount of 50% on all products, free sundaes or shakes on every shift, and quarterly bonus opportunities. Working hours vary throughout the week, including shifts that may start up to two hours before or after regular store hours to accommodate preparation and cleaning tasks.
