Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment is a leading name in the location-based entertainment industry, known for its extensive network comprising 360 upscale and traditional bowling centers, five expansive waterparks, a well-renowned amusement park in California, and 10 upscale Boomers Family Entertainment Centers situated in major markets. Established in 1997 with a single bowling center, Lucky Strike has grown to become a global powerhouse in entertainment and hospitality, employing 14,000 associates and generating nearly $1.4 billion in annual revenue. The company's commitment to hospitality excellence ensures that each guest experiences memorable visits, reinforcing Lucky Strike's reputation for exceptional service and entertainment value.

Joining Lucky Strike means becoming part of a passionate and winning team that values talent and dedication. The company offers unparalleled opportunities for career growth and development. While the hiring process is competitive, the rewards of being part of Lucky Strike are significant. This role is for a Restaurant and Operations Manager who will play a pivotal part in overseeing food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations. The manager will lead teams across multiple shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery and operational efficiency. The focus is on building and nurturing a team that anticipates guest needs and provides outstanding hospitality without constant supervision.

The Restaurant and Operations Manager is responsible for driving daily operations across several departments, including food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade. This role demands a hands-on approach, flexing into any position on the floor as necessary to maintain service flow and uphold hospitality standards. A crucial aspect of the position is driving revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, and engaging guests effectively, including support for event activities. The manager will also be instrumental in recruiting, training, coaching, and scheduling staff to ensure that team performance aligns with company standards and guest expectations.

Operational oversight includes labor management, food and beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and meeting daily financial goals. The manager must maintain a floor presence during shifts to address guest concerns promptly and foster a culture of accountability among team members. Ensuring that the entertainment center is fully operational and guest-ready during peak volume times is a top priority.

This role requires a strong leadership presence, financial acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The position offers competitive pay ranging from $26 to $28 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of leadership experience in hospitality or high-volume food and beverage settings and a proven track record of driving sales and developing effective teams. The role also requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on their feet for extended periods.
