Job Description

Lucky Strike Entertainment is one of the largest and most successful location-based entertainment companies globally, with a rich history dating back to its humble beginnings in 1997 when it started with just one bowling center. Over the years, Lucky Strike has grown into a powerhouse company operating 360 upscale and traditional bowling centers, five expansive waterparks, a large amusement park in California, and 10 upscale Boomer's Family Entertainment Centers situated in major markets across the country. With a workforce of 14,000 associates and generating nearly $1.4 billion in annual revenue, Lucky Strike's commitment to hospitality shines through its mission to deliver memorable experiences to every guest on every visit.

At Lucky Strike Entertainment, hospitality is the heart of everything they do. Their success is built on a foundation of passionate teams dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences, making them a leader in the entertainment and hospitality industry. The company values talent and commitment highly, reflecting this in their selective hiring process which ensures they recruit only the most talented and dedicated managers.

The role of Restaurant and Operations Manager at Lucky Strike is a dynamic and multifaceted position that requires a leader to oversee and manage food and beverage, bar, bowling, kitchen, and arcade operations across all shifts. This role demands a hands-on approach where the manager is expected to flexibly step into any role needed on the floor and foster a team culture centered on outstanding hospitality and service excellence. By leading daily operations, managing labor and cost controls, and engaging with guests, the Restaurant and Operations Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue and maintaining high operational standards.

In addition to operational leadership, this position involves recruiting, training, coaching, and scheduling a team that consistently upholds the company's standards and genuinely serves guests. The manager will also be responsible for financial aspects such as food and beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and achieving daily financial targets while ensuring readiness for high-volume shifts. Supporting both front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) teams, responding to guest issues promptly, and maintaining a culture of accountability are vital components of this role.

Lucky Strike recognizes the value of its people and offers an attractive compensation package for this position, including a salary range from $60,000 to $65,000 annually. As part of the management team, employees gain access to medical, dental, and vision plans tailored to individual needs, along with wellness resources, 401(k) retirement plans, an employee stock purchase program, and an employee assistance program (EAP). In addition to paid vacation and holidays, management staff also enjoy various perks such as discounts at bowling centers, Boomer's family entertainment centers, waterparks, retail stores, and special events. This comprehensive benefits package reflects the company’s dedication to supporting the wellness and growth of their employees.

Joining Lucky Strike Entertainment means becoming part of a team of passionate winners eager to foster career growth and development in a vibrant, fast-paced environment focused on hospitality excellence. It is an opportunity to contribute to a company that has redefined the entertainment and hospitality industries, offering a rewarding career path for those driven by service, leadership, and operational success.
