The Restaurant and Operations Manager position offers competitive pay ranging from $26 to $30 per hour, with performance-based incentives and a comprehensive rewards package. This package includes benefits such as medical, dental, and vision plans tailored to individual needs, wellness resources, 401(k) retirement plans, an employee stock purchase program, and an employee assistance program. Additionally, employees enjoy vacation time, holiday pay, and exclusive discounts on entertainment venues like bowling alleys, waterparks, and retail outlets. The company values talent and dedication, making it a sought-after employer for those aiming for career growth and sustained opportunities in the hospitality industry. Joining Lucky Strike means becoming part of a passionate, winning team that values commitment and delivers exceptional experiences to every guest, every time.
