Founded in 1997 with a single bowling center, Lucky Strike has redefined the entertainment industry to become a powerhouse company with 14,000 associates and nearly $1.4 billion in annual revenue. Hospitality is at the core of the company’s values, where every guest is treated to memorable experiences during every visit. Lucky Strike prides itself on fostering a team of passionate winners, offering tremendous opportunities for sustained career growth and advancement within the company. The company’s commitment to excellence makes it highly selective in hiring, seeking only the most talented and committed managers, but rewards those who join with abundant benefits and opportunities.
The role of Restaurant and Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a dynamic and hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations across all shifts. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a thriving entertainment environment while developing leadership skills and advancing your career within a renowned industry leader. The salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $65,000 per year, reflecting the importance and scope of the manager’s role within the company.
