The role of Restaurant and Operations Manager at Lucky Strike Entertainment is a dynamic leadership position that requires overseeing multiple facets of the business including food and beverage, bar, and bowling operations. This position demands flexibility to adapt to various roles as needed on the floor and to build cohesive teams that consistently deliver exceptional hospitality. The manager will lead daily operations ensuring seamless service flow and maintaining high hospitality standards, drive revenue through active sales engagement and upselling, and manage critical operational elements such as labor, cost control, and inventory. Additionally, this role involves hands-on support during busy shifts, resolving guest issues promptly, and ensuring the facility is ready to provide an outstanding guest experience at all times. Job Requirements
- Three or more years of leadership experience in restaurant or hospitality
- Proven track record of driving sales in food and beverage
- Experience managing high-volume operations
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Strong financial literacy and labor management skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Three or more years of leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, or high-volume food and beverage operations
- Proven ability to drive food and beverage sales and build teams that deliver consistently
- Experience training and developing hourly leaders in fast-paced environments
- Floor-first management style with a strong read on guest experience
- Solid financial acumen including labor, food cost, inventory, and P&L contribution
- Comfortable with physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Lead daily operations across food and beverage, bar, kitchen, bowling, and arcade, maintaining service flow and hospitality standards every shift
- Drive revenue through sales-focused service, upselling, guest engagement, and event support
- Recruit, train, coach, and schedule teams that consistently meet company standards and genuinely serve guests well
- Own labor management, food and beverage cost control, inventory accuracy, and daily financial targets
- Stay on the floor supporting FOH and BOH, resolving guest issues in real time, and reinforcing a culture of accountability
- Ensure the center is operationally ready and guest-ready through every high-volume shift
