The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager role at Lucky Strike Entertainment is an energetic, hands-on position that combines leadership, operational management, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Responsible for assisting the General Manager in all aspects of center operations, the Restaurant / Entertainment Manager takes charge in the GM’s absence, overseeing entertainment, food and beverage services, property management, and overall guest satisfaction.

The Restaurant / Entertainment Manager works closely with the hourly staff to recruit, hire, train, and schedule team members, ensuring that every guest receives top-notch service. By partnering with league bowlers and officers, this manager helps grow the league business by adhering to league formats, distributing announcements, and managing administrative tasks. The role also involves driving food and beverage sales by managing and expanding the center’s dining offerings while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of management experience in kitchen bar restaurant and food service operations
  • bachelor’s degree preferred
  • ability to supervise center operations staff
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • flexibility to work nights weekends holidays and extended shifts
  • physical ability to walk bend stand for periods and lift objects with assistance

Job Duties

  • be a champion for our guests consistently delivering exceptional service soliciting valuable feedback and actively addressing and resolving guest complaints
  • continually hone our operational execution schedule staffing levels to meet your center’s needs and maximize the guest experience
  • capitalize on all business opportunities in your market area by executing marketing strategies to drive sales such as leagues open play bowling etc
  • develop and maintain a good relationship with league bowlers and officers to help grow league business adhere to league formats distribute league announcements and perform league administrative duties
  • recruit hire train and schedule a talented team of hourly center staff
  • lead the team and influence them through effective motivation leverage individual strengths of team members to ensure guest satisfaction and maximize productivity delegate tasks effectively
  • oversee the management and expansion of center’s food and beverage program ensuring high quality standards and exceptional guest satisfaction provide ongoing training and supervision to ensure consistent execution of corporate initiatives and standards
  • work varying shifts including weekends holidays and extended workdays as needed by the center
