Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- physical capability to walk, bend, stand for prolonged periods and lift objects with assistance
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- commitment to guest satisfaction
- willingness to fill in for General Manager as needed
Job Qualifications
- bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of management experience in kitchen, bar, restaurant or food service operations
- ability to supervise center operations staff
- strong team player
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- proven customer service skills
- knowledge of POS register systems
Job Duties
- deliver exceptional guest service and address complaints promptly
- schedule staff to meet center needs and maximize guest experience
- execute marketing strategies to drive business such as leagues and open play bowling
- develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and perform league administrative duties
- recruit, hire, train and schedule center staff
- lead and motivate team members to ensure guest satisfaction and productivity
- manage and expand the Food & Beverage program ensuring quality and guest satisfaction
